作者简介
张华，男，山东菏泽人。现为北京语言大学比较文学研究所研究人员，教授，硕士研究生导师。入选教育部2008年新世纪优秀人才支持计划，中国比较文学学会理事，兼任教育部留学回国人员科研基金评审委员，海峡两岸梁实秋研究学会秘书长及北京语言大学比较文学研究所办公室主任等职。先后在山东大学获得文学学士、硕士学位、中国人民大学和英国伯明翰大学合作培养博士学位，美国哈佛大学博士后。曾担任香港中文大学、香港城市大学、美国耶鲁大学和加拿大多伦多大学访问教授。目前主要从事西方文化理论和宗教学、生态美学及神学美学及宗教对话研究。主持国家社科基金一般项目一项，教育部重大社科项目一项，北京市社科规划办项目两项。

《中美比较文学》（Sino-American Journal of Comparative Literature）为中国北京语言大学与美国南卡罗来纳大学合作项目，由中美比较文学界同仁共同创办和编辑。中方和美方两个编委会分别负责审阅中美学者的来稿，刊物将由中国社会科学出版社出版，中英文双语发行。
本刊旨在集中展示中美比较文学界在比较文学与世界文学学科范围内及相关学科的最新研究成果，探讨前沿理论问题，拓展文学批评空间，研究学术焦点现象，以促进比较文学与世界文学研究领域的最平等、最直接、最充分的学术交流。

Sino-American Journal of Comparative Literature is a joint project between Beijing Language and Culture University，China and the University of South Carolina，the United States.The journal is published by the China Social Sciences Press both in English and in Chinese.The co-founders and editors，as well as the members of the editorial board，as experts in the field of comparative literature in China and the U.S.are responsible for refereeing all submissions.Articles submitted in Chinese are edited by the Chinese editorial board，those in English by the American board.
The journal is designed to be a platform to gather and exhibit the latest research findings in Comparative Literature，World Literature and related disciplines in both countries.Its mission is to explore the latest theoretical issues in both countries and to expand the range of literary criticism available in each.It aims to promote a full and critical dialogue in the field of Comparative Literature and World Literature as well as intercultural comprehension.
