Abdur Rafay Badar, PMP, OPM3® Consultant, founder of Emilia CNFM LLC, Dubai (www.emiliallc.com) is a computer engineer with 17 years of international experience in business development, project management, sales, software development, and the installation and commissioning of information technology and instrumentation and controls solutions in industrial and nonindustrial environments. He has been living in Dubai for the past nine years and has been involved in teaching and conducting courses at American University of Sharjah, Sir Syed University of Engineering, University of Idaho, and the PMI-AGC chapter. He holds an MBA from Preston University.

Marcia Daszko is a catalyst for strategic change, transformation, and innovation. For almost 20 years, she has worked with executive teams in commercial settings, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Guiding transformative, adaptive change is Marcia’s passion.

Marcia is a keynote speaker at conferences and facilitates and teaches at executive retreats. A protégé of Dr. W. Edwards Deming, she founded two Deming users groups and assisted in 20 of the late Dr. Deming’s renowned four-day seminars. She is a founding board member of the nonprofit In2: InThinking Network, which holds an annual forum, now in its eighth year. She has taught graduate classes at UC Berkeley, Fordham University, and San Jose State University. Folake Dosunmu, PMP, PgMP, OPM3® Consultant, is founder of Enovate Masters, Inc., and is an educator and conference speaker. She has more than 20 years of global management experience, specializing in organizational transformation initiatives, project assessments, and project management. She speaks at conferences on topics related to business transformation, change management, portfolio and project management, and the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®). She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

Randall Englund, NPDP, CBM, is an author, speaker, trainer, professional facilitator, and executive consultant for the Englund Project Management Consultancy (www.englundpmc.com). He draws upon experiences as a former senior project manager with Hewlett-Packard Company for 22 years. He is the author of three best-selling books in the business and management field and is a frequent seminar presenter for the Project Management Institute.

Pavan Kumar Gorakavi, CAPM, works as a senior software developer in Dallas. He supports the project management profession as a VP of programs for asapm Young Crew, which prepares project managers for success, and is an associate director of marketing for PMI-ISSIG®. He is an author of a book published in India on artificial intelligence and digital electronics. His research interests are artificial intelligence, agile methodologies, and software development. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and an MBA.

Russ McDowell, M. Eng., PMP, OPM3® Assessor/Consultant, is an independent consultant specializing in program/project management and business development. He has been involved in the setup or management of many project offices, the definition of project management frameworks, and the management of many successful projects. He works in both government and nongovernment organizations and is an active speaker in PMI symposiums and local Institute of Electronics and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) management chapters. He has been cited in three of the PMI® global standards for his active role in the initial development of key standards in the area of organizational project management. Russ has a master’s degree in systems engineering.

Sara Núñez, PMP, OPM3® Assessor/Consultant, is a leader in organizational development effectiveness, using project, program, and portfolio management integrated solutions to improve business strategy performance at all levels of an organization. She has experience in operations management, information systems, marketing, product development, and business reengineering in the telecommunications and high-tech industries. She has worked with well-known companies such as Verizon, Intel, UBS Financial Services, and AT&T Wireless Services.

Sara performed OPM assessment in Latino-America countries such as Chile, Colombia, and Mexico including work with universities to establish project management educational curriculums. She holds a master’s degree in project management from George Washington University.

Michael O’Brochta, MPM, PMP, owner and president of Zozer Inc., has been a project manager for over 30 years and is also an experienced line manager, author, lecturer, trainer, and consultant. As a senior project manager in the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, he led the maturation of project management practices agency-wide. He helps organizations raise their level of project management performance, which includes leading the development of courses for the Federal Acquisition Institute in support of the new governmentwide Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM).

Since his recent climb of another of the world’s seven summits, he has been exploring the relationship between project management and mountain climbing. He presents frequently at PMI national, international, and regional conferences. He holds a master’s degree in project management.

Raju Rao is a senior project management professional based in India. He is particularly interested in understanding the relationship between strategy and projects, Organizational Project Management, and applying these concepts for a nation’s progress. He often speaks at Global congresses and is a correspondent for PM Forum for India. Raju has been involved in the development of many standards of PMI, including OPM3®.

Jim Sloane, PMP, CM, OPM3® Consultant, is owner and founder of Project Management Explorations. He has significant experience as an engineer, team lead, and project lead in product development environments. Jim has been a consultant and trainer since 1998 with experience across many industries, including biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, IT, aerospace, construction products, and telecom. He is an earned value management (EVM) consultant who focuses on Department of Defense EVM consulting engagements supporting government reviews and control account manager mentoring. He is a core team member on PMI’s OPM Community of Practice.
