第二节 各故障案例分析
案例1:A机1DQJ励磁电路故障
故障现象:道岔操纵无反应,室内A/B机表示继电器均吸起,ATS工作站或MSS监测系统上道岔均有表示,信号集中监测设备中A/B机均无道岔动作曲线。
相关继电器接点:定-反位转动:DCDQJ21-22、A机1DQJ3-4、A机FCJ21-22、A机2DQJ141-142。反-定位转动:DCDQJ21-22、A机1DQJ3-4、A机DCJ21-22、A机2DQJ141-143。
故障处理建议:道岔故障后应对道岔进行操纵,查看DCDQJ、A机DCJ(FCJ)状态,若继电器落下,则根据道岔驱动电路图(见图2-1)利用万用表等相关仪器查看DCDQJ、A机DCJ(FCJ)继电器相关线圈或电路中相关接点是否存在故障。若继电器均正常吸起,可排除联锁驱动电路故障,则根据A机1DQJ励磁电路(见图2-2)利用借正查负或借负查正法对DCDQJ21-22、A机1DQJ3-4、A机FCJ21-22、A机2DQJ141-142(定-反位转动)或DCDQJ21-22、A机1DQJ3-4、A机DCJ21-22、A机2DQJ141-143(反-定位转动)接点进行依次测试,查找故障原因。

若排除联锁驱动故障且时间紧急,可优先排查2DQJ,若确定2DQJ141-142(2DQJ141-143)接点故障,优先更换继电器,若故障仍未恢复,可继续排查1DQJ3-4线圈,若确定为1DQJ3-4接点故障,则优先更换继电器,若故障仍未恢复,建议按照A机1DQJ励磁电路逐步查找原因。若更换继电器后设备恢复正常,运营期间现场值班人员应对该组道岔加强观察并建议行车组织人员采用变通进路接发车,运营结束后对A机1DQJ励磁电路中相关电路接点、继电器状态进行再次排查,并对更换下的继电器进行测试,确定故障原因后编制相关分析报告。
