4.2 Construction Quality Acceptance Scope Division and General Tables
4.2.1 Project quality acceptance shall be carried out according to the inspection batch，subitem project，subsection project and unit project，and shall conform to Table 4.2.1.

4.2.2 During unit project construction and acceptance，inspection shall be made for the construction management condition of this unit project，and the inspection results shall be filled in the Table 4.2.2.

4.2.3 The information listed in Table 4.2.3 shall be checked during acceptance of the unit project；data of the check results shall be complete and in conformity with the files management provisions.

4.2.4 The notice of engineering design change，material substitution and design change shall be numbered，registered and attached to the register.Registration of the unit project design change，material substitution notice shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.2.4.

4.2.5 The equipment，material delivery test reports and quality certificates shall be numbered，registered and attached to the register.The unit project equipment，material delivery test reports and quality certificates shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.2.5.

4.2.6 After equipment defect is found，it shall be checked and confirmed jointly by the construction contractor，supervisor，supplier and the Owner.Fill-in of the equipment defect notice shall comply with the stipulations of Table 4.2.6.

4.2.7 After the equipment defect is treated，the relevant units shall be notified to carry out inspection and acceptance，and give the acceptance comments and sign on the defect treatment report.Fill-in of the equipment defect treatment report shall comply with the stipulations of Table 4.2.7.

4.2.8 Measuring instruments used for the construction must be calibrated by the relevant authority and within the effective period of the calibration.The measuring instruments shall be accurately registered according to the requirement of Table 4.2.8 during the construction.The supervision engineer shall check and confirm the measuring instruments registered in the Table.

4.2.9 Construction quality of the inspection batch shall be checked，accepted according to the quality standards of the inspection items，the inspection batch construction quality acceptance table shall be filled in.According to table 4.2.1，if“Dominant”is not filled in the column“property”，then it indicates“general”；“/”shall be marked in the signature column for the acceptance organization not participating in the acceptance；Inspection batch construction quality acceptance shall meet the requirement of Table 4.2.9.

4.2.10 Acceptance of construction quality of the subitem project shall be made according to Table 4.2.10，and the subitem project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled in.According to table 4.2.1，if“Dominant”is not filled in the column“property”，then it indicates“general”；“/”shall be marked in the signature column for the acceptance organization not participating in the acceptance.

4.2.11 Acceptance of construction quality of the subsection project shall be made according to Table 4.2.11，and the subsection project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled in.According to table 4.2.1，if“Dominant”is not filled in the column“property”，then it indicates“general”；“/”shall be marked in the signature column for the acceptance organization not participating in the acceptance.
