10.5　Electrode Lifting Mechanism and Electrode Clamping Mechanism

10.5.1　The hydrostatic test and flushing test of the water cooling system for the electrode clamp head shall meet the requirement of Article 9.6.5 of the Code.

10.5.2　The insulation pad for connecting electrode mast bracket and horn as well as the tightening force for connecting bolts shall comply with the requirement of the design technical document.
