1　Scope

This code defines the basic requirements on unit startup commissioning and acceptance of fossil power construction projects.

This standard is applicable for a fossil power construction project involving new build，extension or renovation with unit capacity of 300MW and above.

Fossil power construction projects with unit capacity less than 300MW and below can be implemented with reference to this code.
