3.29 Step Potential Difference
A potential difference created between two points 0.8 m apart on the earth surface horizontally when grounding short-circuit（fault）current flows through earth-termination system.The potential difference between a side electrode of earthing grid and the point 0.8 m apart on the earth surface horizontally from this electrode is called maximum step potential difference.
