7.5　Stockyards Equipped with Stacker-Reclaimers

7.5.1　Selection of stacker-reclaimers shall comply with the following requirements:

a）Cantilever type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers are preferred，and gantry type bucket wheel stackerreclaimers should be used if the area is too narrow to arrange cantilever type bucket wheel stackerreclaimers.

b）If simultaneous stacking and reclaiming operations are required，belt stacker and cantilever type bucket wheel reclaimer or belt stacker and scraper reclaimer may be used.

c）If stringent environmental protection requirements are proposed，stacker-reclaimers suitable for semispherical roofed stockyards should be selected.

d）If pre-homogenization is required，blending reclaimers designed with rakes should be used.

7.5.2　Cantilever length of cantilever type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers and span of gantry type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers shall be determined based on the storage volume and site conditions.For stockyards to store varieties of raw materials（fuels）in large quantity，two or more bucket wheel stackerreclaimers may be provided.

7.5.3　The minimum distance between the centerlines of the parallel tracks of two cantilever-type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers shall not be less than the sum of cantilever lengths of two stacker-reclaimers plus the diameter of one bucket wheel plus 0.5m.

7.5.4　Cantilever type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers and gantry type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers shall be of turn-back or straight-through layout as required，and if conditions permit，straight-through layout shall be employed.

7.5.5　Stacker-reclaimers shall be equipped with water spray devices for dust suppression，and belt conveyors shall be provided with wind proof measures.

7.5.6　Bulldozers or single bucket loaders shall be provided as auxiliary machines in stockyards equipped with stacker-reclaimers.
