3.3 Erection of Anchor Bolts
3.3.1 There should be the quality certificate document for the anchor bolt.
3.3.2 The thread part of anchor bolt should be applied with grease,and should be protected.
3.3.3 The installation of anchor bolt in the reserved hole should meet the following specification:
1 The reserved hole should be cleared away fully,and it is necessary to examine the size and depth of reserved hole.
2 The greasy dirt and oxide skin on the anchor bolt should be cleared away,and the thread part should be applied with the appropriate grease.
3 Examine the diameter,length and length of thread of anchor bolt,and they should meet the requirements of design.
4 In the installation,the anchor bolt should be vertical,and the clearance between all sides of bolt and the hole wall should be more than 15mm,and the bolt does not come into contact with the bottom of hole,and after the equipment is leveled and aligned initially,there is the clearance between the anchor bolt and all sides of bolt hole of equipment.
5 When carrying out the one-time and back grouting of equipment,it is necessary to protect the surface of equipment,finished floor or surface of wall,in order to prevent the pollution.
6 After the strength of concrete in reserved hole meets the requirements of design,the equipment can be adjusted finely and the anchor bolt can be tightened.
3.3.4 The installation of anchor bolt of anchorage plate should meet the following specification:
1 The diameter,length,mark,size of bolt head,connecting form of bolt head and screw and corrosion resistance of T-shape anchor bolt should meet the requirements of design.
2 Before the back grouting of equipment,it is necessary to fill the filler to seal the sleeve port in the bolt sleeve according to the design requirements.
3 It is necessary to select the suitable method and tool to tighten the anchor bolt according to the requirements for tightening force and working environment on site,and the tightening force should meet the requirements of design.
