3 Equipment Foundation，Anchor Bolt and Base plate
3.1 Equipment Foundation Construction
3.1.1 The equipment foundation quality should meet the relevant specifications of national standard in effect:GB 50204"Code for acceptance of construction quality of concrete structure".
3.1.2 Before the equipment is installed，it is necessary to examine and accept the foundation，and it is not allowed to install the equipment on the foundation that is not qualified in the acceptance.
3.1.3 The strength grade of concrete of foundation should meet the requirements of design.
3.1.4 The overall dimension of foundation，central line and elevation of anchor bolt，central line，elevation and geometric size of reserved hole of anchor bolt and embedded part of T-shape bolt should meet the relevant specifications of design document and the national standard in effect:GB 50231"General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering".
3.1.5 All the moulding boards on the surface of foundation，fixed mounts of anchor bolt，exposed reinforcing steel bars and so on should be dismantled，and the foreign bodies such as the float grout，greasy dirt，broken stone，earth and accumulated water on the surface of foundation and in the hole of anchor bolt should be cleared away fully.
3.1.6 The data of foundation acceptance should be complete.
3.1.7 Before the installation of equipment，it is necessary to draw up the datum line and datum point layout drawing and determine the position of central guide board and datum point according to the process layout drawing and surveying control network of equipment.The permanent central guide board and datum point should be laid in the central line of main axis of continuous production line and the main body of equipment.
3.1.8 For the equipment foundation that needs to carry out the settlement observation，it is necessary to hand over and take over the settlement observation record and settlement observation point，and in the course of installation of equipment，it is necessary to continue making the settlement observation and keep the record.
