6 Compiling the Design Diagram for Pipelines Coordination
6.0.1 In the basic design,the detail of pipelines coordination design diagram shall be limited to planning the pipelines coordination,deciding the position of piping belt,and developing the standard cross-section profile for main accesses when necessary.In the detailed design,the pipelines coordination diagram shall be compiled,the position of all the underground pipelines shall be found out,and all the pipeline crossings shall be coordinated to avoid collision.
6.0.2 The legends of pipelines coordination design diagram shall comply with the specifications in the current applicable professional standard SH 3084 Legend for Design of General Layout and Transportation for Petrochemical Industry.
6.0.3 The compilation of pipelines coordination design diagram shall generated by computer,and the diagram shall be divided into different layers per pipeline type,note,table and description.
6.0.4 The pipelines coordination design diagram compiled should include the following:
1 Architecture coordinate grid,compass,legend and note.
2 Name,BL line and coordinate of process unit,utility,storage & transportation facility.
3 Position,coordinate,surface elevation and width of road.Position,coordinate,width and bottom elevation of rainwater trench.
4 Position,axis coordinate,width of pipe sleeper,pipe rack,pole(tower).Position,name,specification and coordinate of pipeline laid on/above the ground.
5 Position,name and specification of underground pipeline.Position and name of pipeline feature point of pipeline associated facility.
6 Position,size and coordinate of underground pipe trench.
7 Coordinate and elevation of main feature point of underground pipeline.
8 Coordinate and elevation of connecting point for ISBL(Inside Battery Limit)and OSBL(Outside Battery Limit)pipeline.
9 Design contour or elevation of plant site access and open space for system pipeline laying.
6.0.5 The compilation of cross-section profile of pipelines coordination shall include the following:
1 Ground and ground elevation.
2 Road type and its central coordinate,elevation and width.
3 Central coordinate,elevation and width of pipe sleeper,pipe rack and trench.
4 Name,coordinate and elevation of pipeline.
5 Position relation between pipeline and architecture/structure above ground/underground,attachment,curb line,pole(tower),tree along the access.
6 Position and width(piping diameter)of the rainwater trench(piping).
