5.11　Test-run of Equipment of Pipe Billet Preparation Section

5.11.1　Test-run shall meet the following requirements:

1　The test-run scheme compiled by the unit in charge of construction shall be examined and approved by the chief supervisory engineer or the person in charge of project of the unit in charge of construction.

2　The equipment，auxiliary device and pipeline shall have been installed，and the quality record and data are complete.

3　The inspection of test run of hydraulic system，lubrication system，pneumatic system and electrical system shall have been completed，and shall meet the requirements of test-run.

4　The materials，tools，implements and inspection or testing instruments needed for test-run shall meet the requirements of test-run.

5　The equipment，pipeline of inlet and outlet and ambient environment for the test-run shall be cleaned up，and there shall not be the operation having the dust，noise and vibration.

6　When there is not the special requirement，the time or frequency of test-run of single equipment shall meet the following requirements:

1）The continuous operation time of equipment that operates continuously shall not be less than 2 hours.

2）The reciprocating action of equipment that operates to and fro in the whole course or within the range of returning shall not be less than 5 times.

7　When there is no special requirement，the temperature of bearing in the test-run of equipment shall meet the following requirements:

1）When the rolling bearing operates normally，the temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 40℃，and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃.

2）When the sliding bearing operates normally，the temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 35℃，and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃.

5.11.2　The operation of roller table from the feeding frame of band sawing machine to machine body shall be smooth and steady，charging and discharging the material freely，and it is necessary to repeat operation for 3 times，without abnormal condition.

5.11.3　The longitudinal move of trailing bar and blade holder，slide carriage box of peeler and facing machine shall be smooth and steady，without crawl，and the maximum lateral stroke of blade holder and the maximum stroke of upper blade holder shall meet the technical requirements.

5.11.4　The Test-run of center hole drilling machine shall meet the following requirements:

1　The total stroke of going up and down of power unit shall meet the specifications of design document.

2　The total stroke of every gear of going forward and backward of power unit，working speed and fast forward speed of sliding table shall meet the specifications of design document.

5.11.5　The move of trailing bar of deep hole drilling machine shall be smooth and steady，without crawl.
