1　Scope

This specification specifies the quality inspection，evaluation and test methods for earthwork，foundation work，tower erection，installation of line，grounding，power line protection of DC overhead transmission lines of±800kV and below as well as quality inspection and test methods of raw materials and equipment.

This specification is applicable to new construction，rebuild and expansion of DC overhead transmission lines of±800kV and below.
