3.2　Evaluation of Construction Quality Acceptance Results

3.2.1　Quality acceptance criteria of inspection lot shall meet the following requirements:

1　Main items shall comply with the requirements specified in this code；

2　The locations（points）requiring spot examination for the basic items in general items shall comply with this code.For the total number of locations（points）subject to each spot examination，80%and more measured values shall satisfy the allowable deviations specified in this code.

3.2.2　Quality acceptance criteria of item works shall meet the following requirements:

1　Inspection lots included in item work shall meet the quality acceptance criteria；

2　Complete quality assurance documents shall be provided for inspection lots included in item work.

3.2.3　Quality acceptance criteria of sectional work shall meet the following requirements:

1　Item works included in sectional work shall satisfy the quality acceptance criteria；

2　Complete quality assurance documents shall be provided for item works included in sectional work.

3.2.4　If construction quality of insulation work fails to comply with this code，treatment shall be made in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Any reworked or repaired inspection lot shall be re-examined and accepted；

2　If inspection lot is verified by qualified inspection agency and demonstrates that its construction quality satisfies design requirements，it shall be accepted；

3　If inspection lot is checked by qualified inspection agency and demonstrates that its construction quality fails to satisfy design requirements，but its designer performs verification and confirms that the construction quality satisfies structural safety and service function requirements，it may be accepted；

4　For any repaired item work，though its external dimensions are changed，it still satisfy safety and service requirements，it may be accepted per technical treatment proposals and agreed documents.

3.2.5　If insulation work is repaired but still fails to satisfy safety and service requirements，it must not be accepted.
