1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with a view to ensure the construction quality of high-voltage electric equipment，to promote the improvement of construction technology and to ensure safety operation of the equipment.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the construction and quality acceptance of the installation engineering for high-voltage electric equipment such as SF6 circuit breaker（AC 3kV-750kV），gas-insulated metalenclosed switchgear（GIS），hybrid GIS（HGIS），vacuum circuit breaker，high-voltage switchgear panel，disconnecting switch，load switch high-voltage fuse，arrester and discharge gap of neutral point，dry-type reactor and wave trap coil，as well as capacitor.

1.0.3　The construction and acceptance of high-voltage electric equipment shall be complied with the requirements specified in this code，and also shall be complied with those in the current relevant national standards.
