1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with a view to implement national technical and economic policies in slurry pipeline construction，and to achieve edge technology，safety and usability，economy and rationality，quality guaranteeing，energy conservation and environment protection.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to construction，extension and renovation of steel slurry pipeline engineering，including construction and acceptance of pipeline erection between processing plant or tank farm and terminal users.This code is not applicable to tubing or pipe installation in the plant or station.

1.0.3　Not only the requirements stipulated in this code，but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with.
