2.0.1 Waste heat recovery(WHR)

The system utilizes the recoverable thermal energy exhausted in production process on the basis of environmental temperature.

2.0.2 Waste heat power generation(WHG)

To generate power by using waste heat discharged in cement production process.

2.0.3 Air quenching cooler boiler(AQC boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln head clinker cooler,AQC boiler for short.

2.0.4 Suspend preheater boiler(SP boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln tail preheater,SP or PH boiler for short.

2.0.5 Bypass boiler(BP boiler)

The heat-exchange device to produce hot water,steam and other working mediums by utilizing waste heat of exhaust gas discharged from kiln tail bypass,BP boiler for short.

2.0.6 Combined heat and power

Waste heat power generation may also supply heating to externality by hot water or steam at the same time of the production of electric energy.

2.0.7 Main building

Combined building equipped with steam turbine generator unit and the corresponding workshops.

2.0.8 Flasher

The container,which can enable the hot water at certain temperature and pressure to turn into the saturated steam under certain pressure because of the pressure decreasing.

2.0.9 Disconnection

The process of disconnecting the operation between the waste heat boiler and cement production line.

2.0.10 Percentage of auxiliary power

Ratio between the service power consumption and the total generation of the waste heat power generation system.

3.0.1 Waste heat power generation shall utilize the waste heat,which not be used any more in cement production process.

3.0.2 Design principles of waste heat power generation engineering shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 Waste heat power generation engineering shall not affect the normal operation of the cement production;

2 Waste heat power generation engineering shall neither increase the clinker comparable comprehensive energy consumption nor decrease clinker production;

3 Waste heat power generation engineering should be implemented after completing thermal calibration or investigation for operation condition when cement production lines reached the designed capacity and in stable operation;

4 In the synchronous construction with the cement production line,parameters of exhaust gas may be determined on the basis parameters of cement process design and that of waste heat power generation system which has been put into operation and has similar conditions;

5 The capacity of related equipment in production line shall be checked when the waste heat power generation systems are added to the original cement production line.

3.0.3 Design specifications of waste heat power generation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 3.0.3.
