End user applications

End user applications are essentially different tools that offer services to end users, which can then be consumed from the cloud. Examples include the following service offerings:

• Amazon WorkMail: An enterprise-grade email and calendar tool in the cloud that has the ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple different email clients.
• Amazon WorkDocs: A cloud-based document creation, collaboration, and management environment with an extensible SDK.
• Amazon WorkSpaces: A managed cloud virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) service, providing Windows and Linux desktops to users on a global basis. This helps simplify the way enterprises deliver desktop environments to their workforce.
