Explicit failover will be the simplest in terms of configuration and troubleshooting. It provides a single VTEP where one vDS uplink will be active and the remaining uplinks are in standby mode. If the active uplink is down, one of the remaining uplinks will become active and the rest will stay in standby. If there is a requirement to use multiple uplinks, you can either use a single VTEP with LACP or multi-VTEPs with a route based on the originating port ID.
