How to do it...

Perform the following steps to apply the NSX license to your installation:

1. Log into the vSphere Web Client and click on Administration
2. Click on Licenses under the Licensing section on the sidebar
3. Select the Licenses tab and click on the plus sign:
   1. Enter your license key and click on Next
   2. Create a descriptive name for your license and click on Finish

4. Next, select the Solutions tab and select the NSX Installation:
   1. Navigate to Actions | Assign License
   2. Select the license you added earlier and click on OK
