Adding devices and installing device drivers (1.1.1)

To add a device, complete the following steps:

1. In the Devices navigation menu, click Printers & scanners to add a printer or a scanner.
2. In the Devices navigation menu, click Connected devices to add a device.

To install a device driver on Windows Server 2016, complete the following steps:

When the device driver is on a DVD disk or you have downloaded it from the manufacturer's website, perform the following:

1. Insert the DVD disk in a DVD drive or locate the downloaded device driver file on your server.
2. Through Windows Explorer, run the setup or install file.
3. Follow the instructions in the Setup or Install Wizard.
