About the Reviewer

Ed Tittel is an IT industry veteran with over 30 years as a developer, manager, technical evangelist, trainer, and more. A contributor to over 100 computing books, Ed is perhaps best known for creating the Exam Cram series of short, focused study guides in 1997. Today, Ed blogs on IT certification and career topics for GoCertify.com, and oversees IT training and certification coverage for Tom’s IT Pro. Ed also works as an occasional expert witness or consultant. 

As always, I would like to thank my family—wife Dina and son Gregory—for putting up with my crazy and demanding writing schedule.
