黄群慧，1966年出生，中国社会科学院经济研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师，《经济研究》主编、《经济学动态》主编，兼任中国企业管理研究会副会长、理事长，国家制造强国建设战略咨询委员会委员，国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组成员，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家（2009年），2013年入选“百千万人才工程”献的中青年专家”称号，2015年入选文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，2016年入选第二批“万人计划”济与企业管理，其成果曾获第十二届孙冶方经济科学奖、第七届张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖、第二届蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀专著奖、第三届蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀论文奖、第四届“三个一百”原创图书奖、中国社会科学院优秀科研成果二等奖和三等奖等。
Prof. Huang Qunhui，bom in 1966，Director-General of Economics Institute at CASS，Chief Editor of“Economic Research Journal”“Economic Perspectives”. He is also the deputy head and director general of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration. Prof. Huang is the member of the national strategic advisory committee on manufacturing power construction and the member of the expert advisory group of the Anti-Monopoly Commission of the State Council. He is a selected expert subsidized by the State Council，the 2013 candidate of the National Talents Project，the Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions at the National level，and the Leading Social Science Talent of the Ten Thousand Talent Program.
Prof. Huang’s research areas include industrial economics and business administration. He has published more than 300 papers in journals including Social Sciences in China and Economic Research Journal as well as over 30 books. These books include Study on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of State-owned Economy in a New Era，Enterprise，Government and the Non-Profit Organization Management Comparative Study，The Blue Book on China's Industrialization，Industrialization Process in China and Safe Manufacturing，Incentives and Restraints of Entrepreneurs and the Reform of State-owned Enterprises，National Conditions of the Large Industrial Country and Strategy of the Powerful Industrial Country，and Scientific Management and Management Methodology. He has won the 12th Sun Yefang Economics Science Award，the 7th Pei-Kang Chang Development Economics Award，the 2nd and the 3rd Jiang Yiwei Enterprise Reform and Development Foundation Award，the 4th“Three 100 Original Books Publishing Project Award”of the National Press and Publication Administration，and the Outstanding Research Award of CASS.
