Abstract
Abstract:In 2000,Vladimir Putin began to serve as President of Russia. During the two decades from 2000 to 2020,Russia has undergone tremendous changes in various fields including politics,economy,society,and foreign policy. Russia has formed a state-of-mind and strategy that conforms to Russia’s national conditions and continues to maintain political and social stability. Russia has made a series of major progress in the diplomatic field,returned to the Middle East strongly,strengthened cooperation with Asian countries,and developed the integration of the Eurasian Economic Union. At the same time,Russia’s relations with the West have fallen into prolonged confrontation. In terms of economy,Russia has basically built an economic system based on its own characteristics,realized economic growth,and expanded its total economic output capacity,and significantly improved the actual disposable income and welfare of its residents. Meanwhile,Russia’s economic development path and growth model,economic structure,and economic modernization have not yet been resolved.
