日丽风和集市开，

乡间少女赶场来，

笑声几处因何起，

花布缝裙巧手裁。

泸溪是苗族聚居的一个县城。

A sunny and breezy day hails the fair,

Country girls gather for the jolly affair.

How come laughters here and there?

Cloth made into dresses by a hand rare.

Luxi is a county inhabited by the Miao ethnic group.
