People ask you with a big smile when they encounter you

On a street corner

“Actually, not very good recently,”

You start your narration…

Your friend from Argentina stares at you

unbelievingly

She kindly

reminds you

“You are not supposed to say 'bad'

If they are not your close friend (in the US).”

……

“How are you doing?”

People ask you with a big smile

Swallowing all the possible bad things

"Good, Good," you smile back naturally

“The weather is really cold today, right?”

You feel much colder right after this is spoken

Are you cold?
