Major Social and Economic Goals of Shaanxi Province in 2022

In 2022, GDP of Shaanxi is expected to grow by 6%, with a 3% increase in the general public budget revenue, 6.5% and 8% increase in the income of urban and rural residents respectively, over 12% and 15% increase in the introduction of domestic capital and the actual utilization of foreign capital respectively, and 7.5% increase in total retail sales of social consumer goods. Over 400,000 new jobs will be created in urban areas, and the surveyed unemployment rate will be controlled under 5.5% in urban areas. The consumer prices will rise by about 3%, and the grain yield will exceed 12 billion kg. The energy consumption intensity will be comprehensively assessed during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
