Mencius to Resolve the Contradictions between Group and Individual from His Standing of“Refusing Yang Zhu and Mo-tse”

Abstract: Mencius did not agree with the doctrine of the school of Yang and Mo, which based on the calculations on the advantages and disadvantages. Mencius found a new way to think about the relationship between group and individual from the nature of mind. With developing the“four points”which every-one has, one can truly reach“value self”and transcend the limitations of“bodies”to achieve“benefit the world”.
