C:Well,the first thing come to my mind is to stay hydrated,preferably to drink plenty of hot water,because usually in my experience it can relieve symptoms of the cold.Besides,ensuring adequate rest can also do the trick to reduce the severity and length of the cold symptoms.

C:Absolutely.Because the public health agencies can inform us of some useful tips about how to prevent and control the occurrence and prevalence of infectious and epidemic diseases like a flu or the measles.

C:Well,the crucial thing is to form a wholesome habit,including having enough rest,eating more fruits,taking in sufficient vitamins.Plus,doing exercise on a regular basis is also a good option,since it not only helps to build a stronger body but also benefits the mental well-being.
