Question 11   A

考生可以将关键词锁定在最高级most这个词。当考生听到 ...but most of our kitchen assistants say they enjoy the work的时候，应该意识到与11题相关的答案句将要出现。录音中说： ...and they´re pleased that they have so many different things to do，which means they never get bored.这句话中pleased与题目中like同义，同时之后接的so many different things to do对应选项A the variety of work。

Question 12   A

题目中的关键词是concerned about与some（很多考生会忽略这个限定词）。考生会在原文中听到A、B、C三个选项的内容。C选项对应I´m glad to see none of you have unsuitable footwear，这里限定词说的是none，因此可以排除。B选项对应Those of you withlong hair have got it well out of the way，完成时表示已经没有hair styles问题了，因此可以排除。A选项对应but some of you´ll need to remove your rings and bracelets...as they can be a safety hazard。这里的rings and bracelets对应选项中的jewellery，safety hazard表示安全问题，对应题干中的concerned。所以选A。

Question 14   C 这道题比较复杂，因为需要考生先抓住定语从句中的18 or older 这个限定词，明白题目问的是“只有18岁或18岁以上才能使用哪种设备”。录音中提到A选项中的waste disposal的时候，说的是all of you，whatever your age...mustn´t use until you´ve been properly trained，指的是任何年龄段的职员如果未经培训都不能用垃圾处理设备（waste disposal system），并没有提到18岁，所以可以排除。然后原文中出现 ...I think there are two of you here who are under 18...the meat slicer is out of bounds.此处说不满18岁的两个助手不能用切肉机，在句意上同义替换题目中“18岁或以上才能用”。

考生在听完18题的相关内容后，紧接着会听到录音说 ...Then there´s Dexter Wills—he´s the person you need to see if you smash a plate or something like that...，打碎碟子（smash a plate）对应D选项（breakages）。breakage这个词考生可能比较陌生，但是可以从拼写看出是跟break相关的。
