7 Blast Furnace Equipments Installation
7.1 Cooling Equipments of Furnace
7.1.1 Before the installation of the cooling wall of the furnace body,the closing state of a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe.The ball test shall be taken in case of poor closing or shedding.The ball shall be made of wood or metal ball,and its inner diameter shall be 76%±0.2mm of the inner diameter of the water pipe.
7.1.2 The surface quality of the cooling wall shall meet the relevant requirements of current national standard YB/T 4073 Cast Iron Staves for Blast Furnace.
7.1.3 Before the installation of the cooling wall equipment of the furnace body,the pressure test shall be taken and the requirements of the design document shall be met.When there is no requirement in the design document,the test pressure shall be 1.6MPa and maintained for 15min.Each part of the cooling wall shall be knocked by a 0.75kg steel hammer.The pressure shall be firstly stabilized for 10min,and the pressure drop of the pressuring system within the following 5min shall not be larger than 3%.
7.1.4 Before the installation of the cooling plate of the furnace body,the pressure test shall be taken and the requirements of the design document shall be met.When there is no requirement in the design document,the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure,the pressure shall be stabilized for 10min,the test pressure shall be reduced to the working pressure,and the pressure shall be stopped for 30min.In this way,the test pressure is qualified in case no pressure dropped and no leakage occurred.
7.1.5 The cooling wall and the cooling plate must not be collided in the installation process on the installation site.When serious collision occurs and scars are remained in the lifting process,hydraulic test shall be taken once again for the single block and the requirements of Article 7.1.3 and Article 7.1.4 of this standard shall be met.
7.1.6 After installing the cooling wall and the cooling plate,the gap between the water pipe of cooling water inlet and outlet and the water pipe hole on the blast furnace shell shall be checked and the requirements of the design document shall be met.
7.1.7 After installing the cooling equipment and its pipes,water test shall be taken under the working pressure,the inlet water and the outlet water shall be smooth and the joint shall be free of leakage.
7.1.8 The installation of the cooling wall shall meet the following requirements:
1 The cooling walls transported on the installation site shall be placed by classification and numbered.
2 For the reversal transportation and lifting of the cooling equipment,the mode of the cooling wall entering into the furnace,the transportation facility,the position,dimension and quantity of the holes tapped on the blast furnace shell shall be determined according to the condition of supply of equipment,construction progress and installation site.
3 Before the installation of the cooling wall,an operating platform and lifting facilities in horizontal and vertical direction shall be arranged,and locating axis and number of the cooling wall shall be set up on the inner wall of the furnace shell.After installing in place,the perpendicular gap and the horizontal gap between the cooling walls may be adjusted by wedged iron and other tools.Their allowable deviation is±10.0mm and shall not be less than 15.0mm.The gap among the slag hole flange,the tuyere flange and the taphole sleeve shall not be less than 15.0mm.
4 The fixed bolt of the cooling wall shall be fastened uniformly.The welding between the blast furnace shell and the padding plate,the water pipe and the padding plate,and the nut and padding plate shall be subject to layer-to-layer full welding,be firm and reliable and be free of lack of welding.In addition,the weld metal shall be full.
5 After the cooling wall is connected with the water cooling pipe as a system,the system pressure test shall be taken and its result shall meet the requirements of the design document.When there is no requirement in the design document,the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure,the pressure shall be stabilized for 10min,the test pressure shall be reduced to the working pressure,and the pressure shall stop for 30min.In this way,the test pressure shall be qualified in case no pressure drop and no leakage occur.
7.1.9 The installation of the cooling plate in the form of welded connection shall meet the following requirements:
1 In the course of the installation of a cooling plate in the form of welded connection,the center distance and the elevation of the cooling plate shall be checked along the circle of the blast furnace shell from the specified start point,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.The allowable deviation of the height difference of the upper plane of the cooling plate at the same layer is 5.0mm.
2 After installing the cooling plate in the form of welded connection,the welding between the padding plate and the blast furnace shell and between the water pipe and the padding plate shall be subject to layer-to-layer full welding,be firm and reliable and be free of lack of welding.In addition,the weld metal shall be full.
7.1.10 The installation of a cooling plate in the form of flanged connection shall meet the following requirements:
1 In the course of the installation of the cooling plate in the form of flanged connection,the center distance and the elevation of the cooling plate shall be measured along the circle of the blast furnace shell from the specified start point,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.The allowable deviation of center distance of the two adjacent layers of flange is±5.0mm.The allowable deviation of the difference from two ends of the horizontal center line of the flange face to the surface of the blast furnace shell respectively is 3.0mm.The allowable deviation of perpendicularity of the flange face is 3.0mm.
2 The installation of the cooling plate shall be matched with furnace bricking specialty.The allowable deviation of length of the cooling plate extending into the furnace is±5.0mm.
3 Washer,nut and sealing element for installing the cooling plate shall meet the requirements of the design document.The flange face and the gasket shall be clean and be free of contamination.The connecting bolt of each packing sealing part shall be fastened uniformly.
