10　Boiler Auxiliary Machineries

10.1　General Provisions

10.1.1　This Chapter is applicable to construction and acceptance for the boiler auxiliary machineries such as the coal mill，fans，coal feeders and so on，including the motors and mechanical components.

10.1.2　Before installing the rotating machines，the equipment nameplate，specification，driving mode and rotation direction shall be checked carefully and shall meet the design requirements.

10.1.3　There shall be no wind，sand，dust，rain or snow in the mechanical maintenance site.When the disassembly maintenance is carried out，equipment internals shall not be exposed in the open air for a long time.

10.1.4　For the equipment not allowed to the site disassembly inspection clearly in the manufacturer's technical documents，they shall be provided with the specific quality assurance documents.Whereas，the site disassembly inspection of the equipment shall be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturers.

10.1.5　For the boiler auxiliary machineries with the insulation treatment，the insulation treatment shall be carried out after passing the leak test or inspection.

10.1.6　Supporting facilities and temporary adjusting bolts used for motor alignment should be removed before the secondary grouting.If the manufacturer has special requirements，it shall be implemented according to the manufacturer's technical documents.
