3.2　The Interface Between Erection and Buildings

3.2.1　Before the erection of boiler unit，the following conditions shall be satisfied at the erection site:

1　The equipment foundation，underground channels and underground facilities as well as concrete platforms at different elevations within the plant shall be completed，and the ground shall be backfilled and tamped.The concrete rough floor should be provided and the passageway entering the plant shall be completed，and the requirements of construction management plan shall be met.

2　Inspection and acceptance of equipment foundation shall be carried out according to requirement of GB 50204 Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures.After passing inspection and acceptance，the hand-over procedures shall be handled.When the foundation strength is lower than 70% of the design value，it shall not bear load.

3　The positioning axis and elevation of the foundation have been marked well in the foundation and the protection measures shall be provided.

4　The holes and open parts in the building shall be provided with the reliable cover plates or rails.

5　The erection site shall be provided with the reliable fire-control equipment，lighting and drainage facilities.

6　The construction equipment and tools shall be moved，and the residue materials and sundries shall be cleaned up.

3.2.2　It is forbidden to arbitrarily drill or tamp holes，damag the bearing-force and prestressed rebars as well as weld on the building.If it must be done according to the construction needs，it shall be approved by the related authorities and the drilling holes shall be done with the appropriate tools.

3.2.3　The reliable physical isolation shall be established between the construction area and production area，the safety measures shall be taken in the civil and erection cross construction area.

3.2.4　During the erection of boiler unit，the measures shall be taken to protect the construction project finished products，and the marks and protective devices of the construction project finished products shall not be damaged.
